We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express (PayPal Method). Sales tax (11.5%) is applicable to all orders.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange or return the item within 10 days of USPS or FedEx delivery.
The returned item must be in its original packaging, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones, and the finish of both metal and stone(s), unscratched and unmarred.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item minus the shipping charges. We cannot accept a return of any item that has been altered from the condition in which it was mailed out.
Please allow a short processing period to fill your refund.

We cannot accept returns without prior return authorization by us. Email us at email@example.com before returning the item to obtain a return authorization, otherwise the package cannot be accepted. Customer is responsible for insurance and return shipping charges.
We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the return delivery to us.
We do our best to have every piece on our website available to you within a week of your order; however, due to the nature of our product, this may not always be possible. If the piece (or size) you have ordered is out of stock, you may special order it.
Special Order items are custom made and will ship within six to eight weeks. Please contact us should you need a special size in a particular piece. In some instances we may be able to accommodate you. All special orders are non-returnable.
